Account Information: Email address, username, country, and password (hashed).

Task Data: Task submissions, accuracy scores, and completion history used to improve matching and pay you correctly.

Device Information: For compute node contributors, we collect CPU/GPU model, operating system, and network uptime data. We do NOT access personal files.

Payment Information: Wallet addresses, bank details (encrypted), or PayPal email for withdrawals. We do not store full card numbers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

• Provide and improve the FluxaAI platform
• Calculate and process your earnings accurately
• Match you to appropriate tasks based on your history and location
• Detect fraud and maintain platform security
• Send important account and product updates (opt-out available)
• Comply with legal obligations in your jurisdiction

3. Data Sharing

We do NOT sell your personal data. We share data only with:

Task Partners: Anonymized task outputs (your answers) are delivered to the AI companies that posted the task. They never receive your identity.

Service Providers: Stripe (payments), AWS (hosting), Sentry (error monitoring) — all bound by GDPR-compliant data processing agreements.

Legal Requirements: We may disclose data when required by law, court order, or to prevent fraud.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove personal data within 30 days, except where required by law (e.g., financial records for 7 years per tax regulations).

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Export your data in a portable format
• Opt out of marketing communications
