Terms of Service

By creating an account and using FluxaAI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FluxaAI ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. These terms apply to all users including contributors, enterprise clients, and API users.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use FluxaAI. In some jurisdictions, you may use the platform at 16 with parental consent. You must provide accurate information during registration and keep it up to date.

3. Contributor Responsibilities

As a FluxaAI contributor, you agree to:

• Complete tasks accurately and honestly
• Not attempt to manipulate task outcomes or the quality scoring system
• Not create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
• Not use automated bots or scripts to complete tasks
• Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of earned rewards.

4. Earnings & Payments

Earnings are calculated based on task completion, quality scores, and current rates. FluxaAI reserves the right to adjust rates with 14-day notice. Earnings are held in your FluxaAI wallet until withdrawal. We do not guarantee a minimum income. Fraudulent activity will result in earning forfeiture.

5. Enterprise Client Obligations

Enterprise clients using the FluxaAI API or dataset services agree to:

• Use data for lawful purposes only
• Not redistribute datasets to third parties without written permission
• Comply with applicable data protection regulations (GDPR, CCPA)
• Not attempt to identify or contact individual contributors

6. Intellectual Property

Task outputs and datasets produced by contributors are owned by the requesting client upon full payment. FluxaAI retains rights to anonymized, aggregated performance data for platform improvement.

7. Termination

FluxaAI may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, extended inactivity (12+ months), or legal requirements. Upon termination, any balance above $5.00 will be paid out within 30 days.

8. Limitation of Liability

FluxaAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to FluxaAI in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms with 30 days notice via email. Continued use of the platform after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance.
